We aim to make your experience with 26retrorevive straightforward and transparent, from browsing to delivery. Here you will find details on how we handle payments, shipping, and returns.

Payments

We accept the secure payment methods displayed at checkout, processed via Shopify Payments and other trusted partners. Your card details are encrypted and handled directly by our payment provider; we do not store your full card numbers on our servers.

Prices are listed in Euros (EUR). For customers within the European Union, prices include VAT where required by Portuguese law.

International Orders & Import Duties Orders delivered to destinations outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees upon arrival. Please be aware that these charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Pricing and Order Confirmation We make every effort to ensure all pricing and availability information is accurate. In the rare event that an error occurs, we will contact you promptly with the correct information. You will then have the option to proceed with your order or cancel it for a full refund. A sales contract is formed only when your order is dispatched and we send your dispatch confirmation email.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please email us at support@26retrorevive.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the parcel is prepared for shipment.

Shipping

Processing Time Once you place your order, our team in Portugal will prepare and pack it within 1 to 3 business days. Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Carrier and Tracking We ship all orders with CTT Expresso. As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive an email with your CTT Expresso tracking code, allowing you to follow the parcel to your door.

Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur due to carrier workload, customs procedures, or other events beyond our control.

  • Portugal and Spain: 1 to 3 business days

  • Rest of Europe: 4 to 7 business days

Shipping Costs

  • Portugal and Spain: €2.95

  • Rest of Europe: €3.95

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €60. This is calculated after any discounts and before applicable taxes.

Delivery and Address Accuracy Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are complete and accurate at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you. We can reship the parcel at your expense, or we can refund the product price (less the original shipping cost) once the parcel is received back by us in good condition.

Returns & Exchanges

Change-of-Mind Returns If you change your mind, you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your order.

To start a return, please email suporte@26retrorevive.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will reply with simple next steps and return instructions. You must send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us.

You are responsible for the cost of return postage. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as you are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.

Condition of Returns Returned items must be in their original, saleable condition: unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Refunds Once we receive and check your return, we will issue the refund to your original payment method. We aim to process refunds within 10 business days of receipt. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take a few additional days to display the credit in your account.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

EU Right of Withdrawal If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. When this right is exercised, we will refund the product price and the cost of standard outbound shipping (if paid). We may make a deduction from the refund for any diminished value of the goods caused by handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and functioning.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email suporte@26retrorevive.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Once confirmed, we will provide a suitable remedy (such as a repair, replacement, or refund) and will cover any reasonable return costs.
