No problem. You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your order or request a cancellation.
How to start a return
Send us an email at suporte@26retrorevive.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll reply with simple next steps.
Return conditions
- Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition (including tags/packaging).
- For exchanges, place a new order once your refund is processed (fastest method).
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we’ll issue the refund to your original payment method. Your bank or provider may take a few days to show it.
Damaged or incorrect items
If something isn’t right, email suporte@26retrorevive.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
